By deploying OrgPlus Enterprise, Burlington Coat Factory will have an up-to-date visual organizational hierarchy of 4,000 employees initially, including their corporate office, distribution centers, field management, store and assistant managers. Seamless integration with the company’s Oracle HR system will provide current workforce information and the ability to chart key performance indicators such as span of control, department budgets and salaries. OrgPlus provides an accurate and current view of the entire workforce along with valuable metrics for improved control and decision making.
