Synactive Inc, a leading developer of optimization and user enablement solutions for SAP announced that it will provide a retailer of clothing and footwear with GuiXT Desktop software and services that will improve ordering of articles and quantities, both for delivery to the stores and put away quantities for the distribution centers. The organization requires an intuitive interface that will streamline the planning of ordering an article, determining quantities and pre-packing assignments available in each store. GuiXT will reduce by at least 50% the time taken to complete a benchmark order process which includes, article creation, pricing, pre-pack definition, variant allocations and the release of articles for order processing. This process currently takes the retailer nine minutes.
The Operational Assortment Planning and Control (OAPC) processes which is time consuming is targeted to be deployed at a fraction of the time and cost, while delivering all the benefits to improve the operational efficiency and increase the bottom line.
